Learn why the LabelStream LS2000 offers a new proposition to the label printing market.
Indirect food contact ready
The LS2000 uses new water-based ink designed to comply with the highest industry standards for indirect food contact in the E.U. and U.S. – so it’s perfect for labels on food packaging.
Automation where it matters
A fully automated 3-step chemical and mechanical printhead cleaning process in between jobs ensures uninterrupted production, while the inline spectrographic sensor generates output colour profiles and enables spot colour corrections.
Matchless productivityThe LS2000 prints at up to 40m/min. The durable long line, single-cast printheads – extending across the entire print width – are easy to install and prevent marks where printheads usually overlap. | Media versatilityInkjet printing is renowned for wide media versatility – but the LS2000 takes it even further, with an inline conditioning liquid to fix the ink on the media surface and deliver high colour development and a wide colour gamut. | Ergonomic designEvery element of the LS2000 was created with the print room in mind. The transparent engine window helps operators check operation status at a glance, while the full-front operation and maintenance saves them time and helps them maintain a streamlined workflow. |
